The stresses of everyday life weigh far less, when
- all is surrendered unto Him and
- with hands lifted up in praise.
It is His Word that upholds and carries us through.
His power and strength sustains the weight of it all.
No concern is too heavy for Him or unimportant.
His love cares ... for all things.
Thus will I bless thee while I live:
I will lift up my hands in thy name.
-- Psalms 63 verse 4
Scriptures to Reference:
28. Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I
will give you rest.
29. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and
lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls.
30. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.
25. And which of you with taking thought can add to his stature
one cubit?
26. If ye then be not able to do that thing which is least, why take
ye thought for the rest?
1. Behold, bless ye the Lord, all ye servants of the Lord, which by
night stand in the house of the Lord.
2. Lift up your hands in the sanctuary, and bless the Lord.
3. The Lord that made heaven and earth bless thee out of Zion.
- Lamentations 3 verses 40-41
40. Let us search and try our ways, and turn again to the Lord.

heavens.

people of God.
- Numbers 23 verse 19 God is not a man, that he should lie;
neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and
shall he not do it? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it
good?
