Let the words of my mouth, and the meditation of my heart,
be acceptable in thy sight, O Lord, my strength, and my
redeemer.
-- Psalms 19 verse 14   (Kings James Bible)

    Intentionally taking time out to meditate on the Lord
    helps develop a stronger relationship with Him and
    enables more positive thoughts and choice of words.
    In the process, we become more aware of what is
    acceptable to Him, while at the same time, find relief
    in leaving all the cares of our heart with Him.  It is an
    exchange with benefits that exceed words.

May God’s Word reinforce your faith today.

    Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true,
    whatsoever things are honest,
    whatsoever things are just,
    whatsoever things are pure,
    whatsoever things are lovely,
    whatsoever things are of good report;
    if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise,
    think on these things.
