- Jeremiah clearly heard the Word of the Lord, but
responded according to the obstacles that were before
his eyes. He found the message difficult to grasp for
seeing the limitations in his life.
The Lord was saying … you will go ... and do …
Jeremiah was saying … I can’t … because I am …
- Jeremiah overlooked the part that before he ever
existed, God ordained and equipped him for service by
His authority. Whatever his current condition, God was
well aware of it and overruled it by spiritual means. In
addition to all that Jeremiah received to complete the
call, he would go with the presence of God.
- When we cannot grasp the magnitude of what God is
calling us to do or where He wants us to go, replies like
Jeremiah quickly come to mind. Likewise, by His Word,
He reassures every individual He calls that He is with
them to complete the assignments given to them.

esteem issues Jeremiah focused on, by the words that God
spoke over his life, all were overruled. Review Jeremiah
