- Rather than to make their decision for them, God gave
His people two options. Individuals had to decide for
themselves what would constitute their lives, blessing or
cursing. Each would make a deliberate decision as to
what would be the reward for their existence, life or
death. Sounds simple, but not, for He had to tell them
which option to choose.
- Even today, many struggle with the same options and
for the same reasons. When we look away from God to
the world around us, it just seems easier to go with the
flow and for a time even more enjoyable with fewer
hassles. Although that is true to a degree, very few
consider what they are actually giving up to do it.
- Opting for life is not only a blessing for you, but
others too.
May God’s Word establish your life each day.
