Throughout our life, there will be times when our spirit will
need to be healed again.
Because of ...
- certain situations or circumstances,
- personal mistakes,
- or even because of deep emotional wounds,
hurts and scars,
our spirit can become so drained to the point of emptiness.
The joy we had dwindles and subsides. If we're not careful, it
can easily turn into bitterness, anger and resentment, even
hatred for the things and people of God.
- Restore unto me the joy of thy salvation; and
uphold me with thy free spirit. -- Psalms 51 verse 12
At this point, we must seek God to fill us again.
- To be filled again with His spirit of love, joy and peace.
- To be filled at the very core of our being.
We can’t do it on our own, or by ourself. Only God can
restore and give the freedom and confidence that we need
to serve in His service again.
